In 2019 Bulgaria takes the 7th place in the same category
The prime-minister Boyko Borissov bragged about the economic prosperity of the government
"According to the “European Economic Forecast: Summer 2019” the growth of the Bulgarian GDP should be 3.3% in 2019 and 3.4% in 2020. This will put Bulgaria on the 7th place for the current year and on the 4th for 2020 when it comes to the economic growth. It is expected that the inflation in the EU will lower. The forecasts plans that the global economic perspectives risks are in a tight connection and will probably have negative consequences”, poster Borissov in Facebook.
“All EU economies are still set to grow this year and next, even if the robust growth in Central and Eastern Europe contrasts with the slowdown in Germany and Italy. The resilience of our economies is being tested by persisting manufacturing weakness stemming from trade tensions and policy uncertainty. On the domestic side, a “no deal” Brexit remains a major source of risk”.
