The behaviour of the fans is an answer to the behaviour of the clubs and the football players. There should be fair play. This was announced by the minister of interior Mladen Marinov after a meeting with the PM Boyko Borissov and the football bosses Boby Mihaylov, Grisha Ganchev and Georgi Domuschiev. The prosecutor Sotir Tsatsarov and his deputy Ivan Geshev also took part in the meeting. “We will focus on not exerting pressure on the football players, as well as not buying football matches”, continued Marinov.
Bobby Mihaylov added that the big football Bulgarian teams shook hands, which is a rare event. “When there is proof for referee pressure – there will be measures. Not a single referee called me in the last 14 years. Borissov takes care for the whole country. If fans are calm, the country will also be”, continued Mihaylov.
The owner of Levski football club – Vasil Bojkov – invited his colleagues in his own office, but only the owner of CSKA – Grisha Ganchev – visited him. The owner of “Ludogorets” – Georgi Domuschiev – refused to meet them.
