No more than BGN 447,42 annual income – this is written in the declaration of the NGO with close relations with Tsvetan Vassilev. The document states that the organization has neither incomes nor expenses. However it spends thousands for various activities with no evident funding.
Three years after the NGO was established (in 2015) it has declared only one annual report for its financial state – in 2017. Check up in the Commercial register shows that BOEC has moderate means – BGN 221 for services and BGN 447 income. BGN 360 come from membership fees – BGN 10 for three months as the NGO consists of 9 upholders. The other BGN 87,42 come from donations, states “Monitor”.
It’s such a mystery how the moderate means of BOEC are sufficient for all the meetings, including a joint one with the NGO “Justice for everyone” that has something to do with another defendant – Ivo Prokopiev.
After the Central elections commission (CEC) passed a judgment that Delyan Peevski meets all the requirements to be a MEP and the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) refused checking his current address, BOEC gave warnings to the Supreme Prosecutor's Office of Cassation for submitting forged documents – for living in Bulgaria and meeting the requirements.
Last week in its lawsuit against CEC BOEC was represented to the SAC by the expensive lawyer Nikolay Hadjigenov – a fee that cannot be afforded with incomes of BGN 447.
It remains a mystery how could BOEC afford the fee for renting one of the most elite hotels where a joint conference together with “Justice for everyone” was held. One of the participants was the president of the Supreme Court of Cassation – Lozan Panov.
