The “60/40” measure aims at helping people, not companies, pointed out Minister Goranov
“Ninova already had her minutes of glory. She gathered all members of Parliament and the media to hold a briefing. Now we should continue working”, added Goranov.
“We will announce our coronavirus exit strategy when we are able to loosen the measures against the infection. The day we can go back to normal life as it was before COVID-19, sooner or later, everything will become clear – what we should or shouldn’t do”, continued Goranov.
“The “60/40” measure aims at helping people who lost their incomes, not companies”, pointed out the Financial Minister.
Journalists asked why many countries give money to the people free of charge, while the Bulgarian government provides people with loans. In Goranov’s opinion our politics also provide people with money without compensation and as an example he pointed out BGN 1.5 billion for employment. “There is also the “60/40” measure, the help for lonely parents, loans for small and medium companies”, continued Goranov.
